Dicker download new textures
Not only on paper, the improvements have a huge size, and the download weighs heavily. On the PC, the patch with Ultra HD textures whopping 42 gigabytes large without the extra detailed textures still 26 gigabytes. The console versions for PS4 and Xbox One get away with it too badly with 15 GB.
After all, there's a good reason for the huge download. Ubisoft revised and optimized numerous textures sky boxes, the lighting effects and gradually also takes all the maps before. This does not make for a nicer look, but also the reduce load times. For this, however, players have to bite the bullet Download Apple now only times without high-speed internet.
Our Rainbow Six expert Phil Elsner has the new Blood Orchid DLC already hinted at Gamescom and peppered the developers with the most pressing issues for the update. Once the patch is live, we will take it under live conditions once again under the microscope.
